**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Manage and optimize social media profiles to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and enhance social media presence.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the overall digital marketing strategy.

**Paid Advertising**:
Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to enhance website visibility on search engines.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

**Content Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for digital channels.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with the target audience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SMO best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
