**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
**Registration**: Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council Registration is mandatory
**Shift**: Rotational shifts (Day/Night)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver quality patient care with compassion and clinical efficiency
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate nursing records and reports
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with families
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
