**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, networking, and leveraging market research.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event process.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets, focusing on event management services.
- **Proposals & Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the client’s event requirements.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and event packages while ensuring profitability for the company and satisfaction for the client.
- **Market Research**: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics and stay competitive.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure the seamless execution of events from concept to completion.
- **Client Retention**: Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure clients return for future events and refer others to the company.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- **Event Planning Support**: Assist the operations team in gathering client requirements, understanding timelines, and coordinating logistics when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the event management, hospitality, or related industries.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate with clients at all levels.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a clear understanding of the sales cycle.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- **Client-Centric**: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering the best possible service and solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
