**Role & responsibilities**:

- Assist in on boarding to go live of new marketplaces with end-to-end ownership of the complete process
- Manage the product assortment on the platforms
- Oversee and monitor operations on key marketplaces, managing both forward and reverse operations.
- Handle marketplace disputes, Refund claims, and operations-level reconciliations.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and implement new initiatives to enhance category performance, streamline operations, and optimize processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Assist in tracking and analysing key performance indicators such as sales, ad-spend, conversion rates, and inventory levels
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews across all e-commerce platforms
- Manage multiple product lines across one or more geographies
- Look at the full-funnel of customer acquisition - drive discovery through keyword optimization and paid PPC ads, and lead to conversions through great product messaging and competitor positioning
- Understand metrics of online sales such as impressions, click-thru rates, conversions, ACOS, etc
- Use various promotional tools such as sponsored ads, coupons, discounts, etc to boost sales
- Use internal tools for daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all your product lines
- Continuously learn about new marketing methods to be at the forefront
- Fashion brands /Apparel brands
- Strong understanding of D2C and marketplace operations.
- Passionate about the fashion & apparel space
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
