**Your Role at Synchrony**

As a **Synchrony Sports Therapist**, your dedication to continuous learning and clinical excellence empowers you to make a real difference in your clients’ lives. You’ll go beyond traditional treatment to deliver cutting-edge care rooted in the **Fascia Dynamics** philosophy.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct thorough assessments and understand clients’ symptoms, history, and goals
- Develop and implement customized, results-driven treatment plans
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress records
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients across diverse backgrounds
- Integrate technology and modern tools to enhance client engagement
- Follow clinic protocols and contribute to process efficiency
- Participate in business development and community initiatives
- Commit to ongoing education and skill enhancement
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director for feedback, training, and personal growth planning

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Master’s in Physiotherapy (Specialization in Ortho or Sports)
- Certification or interest in **manual therapy**, **chiropractic techniques**, or **exercise therapy**:

- Open-minded and ready to move beyond passive treatment approaches
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice mindset
- Energetic, personable, and proactive about personal development
- Great communicator and team player
- Comfortable with flexible work hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on outcomes and client satisfaction
