Position : Customer Support Executive

Qualification: HSC / SSC

Experience: 0- 2 years

Responsibility:
Managing Incoming & Outgoing calls.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Identify & assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Shift: Rotational shift (No fixed week off on Sundays)

Pay: ₹10,657.65 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
