We are currently hiring for two roles
- **Associate - Product Operations**
- 0-2 years of experience in the e-commerce space preferred
- ** Intern - Product Operations**
- Opportunity to get a PPO or a full-time opportunity after internship
- Freshers and experienced professionals may apply
- Duration: 2-4 months
- Note: For winter internships, the internship will start from Dec '24 to Jan '25.
**About the Role**
As a part of **Product Operations** at Klarity Health, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working to optimize and grow our online marketplace for healthcare providers. You'll manage provider listings across various platforms, analyze performance data, identify opportunities for optimization, and help drive engagement strategies.

**What You'll Do**
- **Provider Onboarding & Channel Listings**: Take charge of creating and managing channel listings for healthcare providers across all platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage and visibility.
- **Performance Analysis**: Dive into data to analyze the performance of provider profiles, identify key trends, and offer actionable insights to optimize their presence and effectiveness.
- **Strategy & Optimization**: Identify successful strategies employed by high-performing provider profiles and develop recommendations for improvements to enhance client engagement and organic leads.
- **Client Engagement**: Help ensure that healthcare providers attract more clients by fine-tuning their profiles for optimal performance.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth processes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Conduct regular assessments of provider profiles and suggest improvements to optimize their performance on the platform.
