**Job Title**: Production Associate
**Location**: Mysore, Karnataka
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 Years in API
**Industry**: Pharmaceutical
**Qualification**: B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc / Diploma in Chemical Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **API Production**: Oversee and ensure the efficient and safe production of APIs, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- **Process Monitoring**: Monitor production processes, ensuring all parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates are within specified ranges.
- **Troubleshooting & Optimization**: Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process, while also suggesting improvements for higher efficiency and quality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements by performing regular checks and maintaining accurate records.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and logs for traceability and regulatory compliance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any operational challenges.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment, and report any safety hazards promptly.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the production of APIs in the pharmaceutical industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc in Chemistry, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of API manufacturing processes, including mixing, filtration, drying, crystallization, and packaging.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process efficiently.
- **Knowledge of GMP**: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry regulations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, ensuring production standards are met consistently and accurately.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
