**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best solution.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and process improvements.
- Prepare SO and other relevant documents
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Preferably B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering or Graduate with equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Remuneration: 20-30000/- pm (as per Experience) plus PF and other benefits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
