Sales/marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **sales & marketing strategies** to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and establish relationships with **potential customers** in the automotive sector.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring **high levels of customer satisfaction**.
- Conduct **market research** to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Generate and follow up on **sales leads, inquiries, and quotations**.
- Participate in **trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events** to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the **product development team** to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on **sales performance and market conditions**.
- Coordinate with the **operations and logistics team** to ensure timely delivery of products.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the **automotive components industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **B2B sales and marketing techniques**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to **develop and maintain relationships** with clients.
- **Self-motivated and target-driven** approach.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office**.
- Willingness to **travel as required**.
