We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operations Staff. As a vital part of our organization, Operations Staff will play a key role in supporting various operational activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations. Operations Staff Role & Responsibilities:
1. Upload data received from the team to Server.

2. Make the data ready to be uploaded with vendor.

3. Upload the data ensuring count and coordinate with vendor for timeline.

4. Follow-up with the vendor on adherence on given time-line

5. Ensure sanity check on data received as per SOP and count check.

6. Segregate the data as per category, and align for resizing.

7. Make the data ready to be delivered to client post team’s QC.

8. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of their requirements and manage client deliverables efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification required; additional education or certification in operations management or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹21,332.27 - ₹23,288.45 per month

**Experience**:

- Computer skills: 2 years (required)
- English: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
