Role Overview -

Seeking a proactive Site Cost Accountant with strong expertise in SAP HANA and cost accounting principles to support manufacturing operations through accurate costing, variance analysis, and efficiency improvement.

Job Description –

  • Perform month-end closures, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and inventory verification.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile cost accounts, and ensure accurate BOM/routing data.
  • Maintain and update standard costs in SAP HANA, execute cost releases, and support cost audits.
  • Conduct yield and variance analysis, investigate material usage variances, and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve process efficiency and reduce waste/scrap costs.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory valuation, overhead absorption, and ERP cost modules.
  • Self-starter, team player, and collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders.
