**About Cell Propulsion**:
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Project Management Executive**to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will be given hands-on exposure to end-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of critical development milestones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of product development projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal (Managers, Engineers, Technicians) as well as external stakeholders (Vendors, Suppliers, Compliance Bodies).
- Participate actively in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation for the various ongoing projects.
- Manage and mitigate any risks and/ or roadblocks during the course of project life cycle.
- Participate actively in project status meetings and facilitate information exchange between management and various cross-functional teams and track project progress.
- Participate actively in improving the system processes pertaining to project management (PMO).
Participate actively in vendor development and management, project related documentation, procurement and customer/ investor facing activities.
- **Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs welcome).
- **MBA**/ **PGDM**in Operations / Technology / Project Management / Engineering Management (preferred).
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (Advanced level English proficiency required).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced, tech-driven startup environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.**Benefits**:
