**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing entire process in the planning of materials/ goods purchase activities and ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
- Plan the activities for inventory control, logistics and distribution.
- Plan & Develop purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities & supplier relations.
- Handle purchase contracts, negotiate prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Conduct supplier evaluation audits.
- Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of materials/ goods using the most appropriate Purchase procedures.
- Handling the logistics activities & ensure on time delivery of goods at customer site.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs.
- Identify new suppliers and negotiate agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company
- Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier performance.

**Desired skill set**
- Good Written and Verbal Communication
- Good knowledge in Electrical Supplier Knowledge

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
