We are hiring for a position Accounts Executive - Purchase.
- Work experience : Minimum 1.5 years to 3 years.
- Experience in Tally is must
- Responsibilities : Managing daily accounting of purchase
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock
as necessary.
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies
immediately.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the Vendor and transporters for following up on
delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships vendors and suppliers.
- Need a good knowledge of Purchase to Pay Process.Purchasing Executive Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
- Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 3rd Cross, Srirampuram, Bengaluru - 560021, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi & Kannada (preferred)
