**JOB TITLE**:
Purchase Executive

**Experience**:
3 - 5 years

**Role**:

- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Floating enquiries and inviting the quotations from the vendors.
- Preparing Comparative Statements of Suppliers quotations received.
- Price Negotiation and Rate finalization with vendors
- Preparing Purchase Order in ERP.
- Do market research and Identify new potential vendors.
- Developing plans for Purchasing Materials, services and new products.
- Having good knowledge about TAX part.
- Follow-up with Accounts team for payments and provide ledger to respective vendor.
- Keep all indents tracking and status update.
- Generating MIS Reports.
**- 1.Ensure Timely Procurement and delivery of indented material are done
- Prepare, Release and follow-up for the purchase orders for all materials.
- Track and update all indents and PO with current status.
- Prepare all applicable reports, comparisons and other statement on fixed and adhoc timelines.

**Job Specification**:

- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Solid analytical skills and Negotiation skills.
- Organizational and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication
