We are searching for a well organized purchasing executive to join our team. As a purchasing executive you should have experience, potential vendors and supplies inspecting goods and updating records , you should be able to negotiate pricing and transport cost , to be successful as a purchasing executive you should be able to multi task and evaluate products and vendors .
Roles and Responsibilities as a purchasing
- Should be persistence and challenging ability in performing the given task.
- Should have ability to understand the Sales work flow.
- Negotiating the best or most cost effective s and deals
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience in Purchasing Minimum of 2 years.
- Should have experience in sourcing vendor,
- Hands-on experience in Zoho books.
- Experience in Negotiating pricing
- Good communication Skills.
- Should be proficient in word ,Excel and Email conversation.
- Fluent in and English, (good to have)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:2-3 years (Preferred) in purchasing.
Days of working: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays half day)
