**What You'll Bring**:

- Execute an insights and metrics backed strategy which drives a superior experience to consumers by utilizing the advantages of TransUnion’s global scale, services, and platform investments. Strategy execution must deliver value while also improving overall efficiency to the TU business model.
- Collaborate with Regional and center leadership to drive awareness and focused prioritization of the consumer services vision and agenda. Serve as an SME to operational leadership in other geographies, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Accountability for ensuring the execution of regulatory services critical for the continuity of the business.
- Lead, manage and improve key stakeholder relationships from an operations management perspective with key focus on supporting growth in India.
- Direct and manage a multilocation team of over 100 associates and contractors, growing and shaping key talent in the organization.
- Drive business case development for new opportunities partnering with Business heads, Omnichannel, Shared Services, and knowledge experts.
- Manage through your leadership team, a multicrore budget, partnering with finance in region to establish linkages between operations, budgeting, and the planning processes. Integrate the impact of strategic and tactical plans on the P&L/EBITDA for India.
- Embrace and drive adoption of new technology capabilities, enabling improved consumer experience while accelerating operational efficiency.
- Leverage Enterprise Shared Services and Global Capability Centers to achieve scale for operations supporting our Indian business.
- Continually assess industry/market best practices, new operations models and techniques to enhance International practices.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Operations or related field. Masters preferred.
- 15+ years’ experience in the operations and/or technology arena with demonstrated success.
- Proven track record of building alignment and coalition with numerous stakeholders to accomplish key enterprise initiatives.
- Experience working in an internationally oriented role or business unit servicing multiple stakeholder sets and remote teams.
- Experience managing a diverse team, with ability to drive unified focus and standardization across a heterogeneous landscape of processes.
- Experience working in a matrixed structure with dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology/Engineering, and senior executives)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates, and results
- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth and a drive for continuous improvement
- Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues

Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously.
