**ASSISTANT MANAGER**

- Understanding of RBI Compliance from PA/ PG perspective & Managing Statutory Compliance in line with the new RBI Guidelines
- Settlement & Escrow Account Management
- Preparation of Detailed Compliance Check list & Close Monitoring of the Escrow A/c Operation
- Review and understand the Monthly Audit requirement from the Escrow account perspective
- End to end Monitoring of Inflow / Outflow of Fund from Nodal Account perspective
- Publishing of MIS / dashboard as per the regulatory requirement
- Ensure Adherence of defined TAT

- This is a new RBI PA Regulatory Compliance requirement to support the Fund Management Activity
- The Fund Reconciliation activity is a manual driven process which is carried out on a daily basis
- Follow-up on Exception and updating the Dashboard accordingly & publishing updated MIS on a daily basis

- It is part of the RBI regulatory requirement which needs to be complied basis the PA / PG Guidelines
- Nodal Reconciliation is part of the business process which needs to be undertaken on a daily basis
- Non Timely reporting of the exception item can lead to direct Financial impact to the Company
- Highlight exception in terms of Short / Excess funds to get the relevant funds from Banks or recovery from Merchants will have a significant impact on the settlement process
