- **Bookkeeping**: The ability to maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- **Understanding of Accounting Principles**: Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, such as the double-entry system, accrual vs. cash accounting, and the accounting equation (Assets = Liabilities + Equity).
- **Financial Statement Preparation**: Ability to prepare key financial documents such as the balance sheet, income statement (profit and loss), and cash flow statement.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable Management**: Handling bills, payments to suppliers, and tracking money owed by clients.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Ensuring that the company’s records match the bank’s records.
- **Budgeting**: Understanding how to create and manage budgets for departments or projects.
- **Payroll Management**: Handling employee pay, tax withholdings, and benefits.
- **Proficiency in Accounting Software**: Familiarity with popular tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel for tracking and managing financial information.
- **Basic Tax Knowledge**: Understanding how taxes work, including sales tax, income tax, and other tax obligations relevant to businesses.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
