**Job Title**: Accounts Assistant (Fresher)
**Reporting to**: Accounts Manager/Head of Accounts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Help in preparing, processing, and filing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing basic reports and summaries.
- Perform daily data entry tasks and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Reconcile accounts and statements, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle petty cash and assist with expense tracking.
- Assist with documentation and filing of financial records for auditing and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Experience**: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
