**Your role to supplement the Organisational goals**:

- Research on job trends in the market.
- Analyse the demand and supply of industry.
- Work on the gaps present with our existing talent pool and the market standards.
- Provide career services to the students of all the Lighthouses.
- Organise the mock interviews with students.
- Maintain strong relationships with local employers while building the PCC brand.
- Understand the dynamics of local-economic jobs in the development sector.
- Coordinate with various Placement Youth Coordinators of all Lighthouses and the Placement Manager for ensuring 70% hiring rate at the Centre.
- Run the Alumni Program and track impact post the Skilling/Placement stage.
- Complying with systems, processes, documentation, data management and any other requirements as laid down for the Lighthouse Project.
- Any other responsibility that might need to be undertaken.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

**Who we are looking for**:

- **Education **:BBA/MBA/MSW
- **Experience**:3 -6 years of experience preferably in a skilling & Livelihood program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in local language,Hindi and English
- Experience of working with low-income groups is a must
- Sound conceptual ability and number-skills
- Ability to build rapport with external stakeholders
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in and commitment to doing social good.
