**Work you’ll do**
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Accounts Payable for the global customers. All AP activities including invoice processing, AP helpdesk, bill payments, credit card payments and reconciliations,& month-end activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all vendor invoices are entered into ERP and paid on time
- Book prepayments by request
- Resolve accounts payable problems as they arise, reconcile vendor statements
- Identify issues attributing to vendor delinquency and discuss them with management
- Should process all invoices with 100% accuracy
- Analyze and perform month end close tasks
- Prepare vendor payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Understanding and complying with firm’s policies, procedures and the firm’s business rules.
- Credit card bill payment, purchasing based on purchase orders, and reconciliation
- Prepare and follow process documentation. Build strong relationships with AP coordinators and process leaders
- Communicate effectively with peers, client service teams, and process leaders
- All other duties as needed or required per business requirement

Work location: Dehradun
Shift timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

Required:

- Problem solving skills, quick learner
- Basic accounting knowledge, end to end AP process knowledge and basic understanding of other Finance (AR, RTR) processes
- Should be self-motivated individuals and should be able to positively motivate team members
- Good understanding of quality aspects (TAT, accuracy, and audit)
- Should have a positive attitude
- Able to work in night shifts
- Should be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in US accounting is a plus
- Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
