**What we are looking for**:
We're seeking a Jr Graphic Designer to join our creative team, contributing expertise across various projects from branding to marketing collateral. Your role involves leading design projects from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch visual communication. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, sharing insights within the team. Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives to overcome creative challenges. Craft compelling visuals tailored to client audiences, while maintaining brand consistency and evolving design systems. Contribute to refining design processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from MIT/Symbiosis School of Design/DY PATIL/BRICS

2+ years of design experience, ideally in a creative agency

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
