**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Parallel Learning, you will work closely with our senior design team to create compelling visual assets across various mediums. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns to print collateral, helping to bring our brand to life through your creativity and design expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Support the design and layout of print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to project timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in Fine Arts or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in graphic design or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.74 - ₹25,000.45 per month
