**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Research and Development**: Lead the design and execution of research projects aimed at developing novel delivery mechanisms for Plant nutrient management, plant and crop protection, including innovative formulations of bio agricultural inputs.
3.** Formulation Development**: Design and optimize bio formulations of bioagricultural inputs to enhance efficacy, stability, and environmental sustainability.
4. **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including chemists, biologists, agronomists, and engineers, to integrate novel delivery mechanisms and formulations into product development pipelines.
5.** Literature Review**: Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and industry trends related to plant protection, crop science, and agricultural biotechnology to inform research directions and strategies.
6. **Intellectual Property**: Contribute to the development and protection of intellectual property through the identification and filing of patents related to novel delivery mechanisms,
formulations, and molecules.
7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Plant or agricultural Sciences, plant molecular biology, plant

genetics, plant biotechnology or related field.
- 6+ years of track record of research excellence demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications and/or patents in the fields of plant protection, crop science, or plant biotechnology.
- Expertise in the design and execution of experiments, including experience with molecular

biology techniques, bioassays, and analytical chemistry methods.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
