We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team.

You will be responsible for solving complex data problems and driving insights that help our clients make data-driven decisions. As a Data Scientist you will work with a team of data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data models and algorithms. You should have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.**
Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical techniques to solve business challenges.
**Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures.**
Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

**Continuously improve models by testing and validating new approaches.**
Assist in building data-driven decision-making tools and dashboards for clients.
**Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.**

Qualifications & Skills
**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.**
4+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or similar role.
**Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.**
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
**Solid understanding of data manipulation, data wrangling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, Power BI).**
Experience in deploying machine learning models and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
**Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.**
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
**Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.**
A collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
**Strong attention to detail with the ability to design and implement data models that drive business decisions.**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
