**As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring Data Scientists for Telecom Industry, which is the largest provider of telecoms and Mobile money services in 14 countries spanning Sub-Saharan, Central, and Western Africa.**
**Job Details.**
**Experience Required: 3+ years in Data Science**
**Compensation: Up to 20 LPA**
**Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Graduation in a computer-related field**
**Location: Gurugram, predominantly work from home, with occasional office meetings.**
**Mandatory Skills**:
**SQL programming, Python Required**
**Tech Skills**:
**Proven experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Proficiency in Python programming language for data analysis and machine learning. Experience with machine learning libraries. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design and implement data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and model training. Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.**

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
