Job Overview:
The Brand Executive is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance the company’s image, increase product awareness, and drive sales. The role includes managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and supporting brand communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Implementation:
Support in the creation and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.
Work with cross-functional teams (design, sales, marketing) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights to improve brand positioning and marketing efforts.
4. Brand Communication:
Create content for brand communication (social media, print, digital).
Coordinate the production of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
5. Social Media & Digital Presence:
Support in managing social media accounts and digital presence.
Monitor engagement, track brand sentiment, and ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice.
6. Brand Performance Tracking:
Monitor brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, website traffic, social media engagement).
Provide reports on brand performance and suggest adjustments.
7. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective brand campaigns.
Help organize brand-related events, activations, and promotions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field is preferred but not required
Pay: ₹10,288.58 - ₹34,698.50 per month
