**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Strategy**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- **Agency Management**:
- Coordinate and manage relationships with creative and media agencies.
- Brief agencies on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the creative process and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities**:
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, promotions, and activations to engage target audiences.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- **Trade Marketing**:
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to drive sales through distribution channels.
- Create and execute trade promotion plans, including incentives, discounts, and contests.
- Manage trade schemes and track performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective communication.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in working with creative and media agencies.
- Knowledge of BTL activities and trade marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
