**Qualifications Required**

**Education**:

- B.E./B Tech in Computer Science or related technical streams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality support.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales and support capacity.
- Demonstrated success in sales, including lead generation and closing deals.
- Experience in providing technical support and resolving customer issues.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate the software to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide first-line support to customers, addressing inquiries and technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
