Sales & Support Executive

**Ezze Lifestyle** is a growing retail and wholesale electronics business, committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a **Sales & Support Executive** to join our team and handle customer calls, billing, and general support tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make and receive customer calls for sales, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Share product details and offers with potential and existing customers.
- Generate bills/invoices using billing software.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist with daily office coordination and support tasks.
- Provide after-sales service and basic troubleshooting.
**Skills Required**:
- Good communication skills
- Confident in English and Hindi (spoken)
- Strong calling and customer interaction skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Fixed salary ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience)
- Incentives based on performance
- Supportive and growth-oriented work environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
