**Job Review**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **BIM Modeler** to join our team. This role requires expertise in creating detailed BIM models, coordinating architectural and structural services, and preparing construction/shop drawings. **Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling and Coordination**:

- Develop BIM models for architectural and structural services from design drawings.
- Ensure seamless coordination between all services within the BIM environment.
- Create and manage BIM models with varying levels of detail and accuracy.
- Run clash detection and generate detailed clash reports.

**Construction Documentation**:

- Prepare construction/shop drawings and schedules in alignment with client requirements and superior guidance.
- Review and enhance construction/shop drawings for structural components such as reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and miscellaneous metals.
- Prepare as-built BIM models using site survey drawings, point clouds, or marked-up comments.

**Team Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work collaboratively with a team of modelers and detailers to deliver architectural and structural BIM projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior modelers.
- Actively participate in internal project kick-off meetings and assist the team lead with various tasks.
- Attend weekly coordination meetings with professionals from other organizations to ensure project alignment.

**Quality Assurance and Innovation**:

- Conduct quality checks for BIM models, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Create and maintain BIM families to enhance modeling efficiency.
- Utilize Navisworks to conduct walkthroughs and reviews for stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities within projects and propose innovative solutions to improve workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 3-4+ years experience in BIM modeling for architectural and structural services.
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, including shop and as-built drawings.
- Expertise in clash detection and resolution.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
