H&MV is currently seeking **a BIM Modeler** to join our Indian to help support their Engineering Teams.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the production of H&MV BIM deliverables including models, drawings, submittals, and other documentation required for the company’s design & project departments
- Mentoring Revit modellers in office with day to day requirements to deliver a high quality and standardized BIM model
- Liasing and coordination with H&MV clients and suppliers to ensure streamlines flow of information and design deliverables as per project need
- Review project files for compliance with standards\protocols
- Must be proficient in BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks. Knowledge of CoBie and Dynamo beneficial
- Knowledge of creating and managing MEP Families in Revit
- Experience in working on BIM projects in accordance with ISO 19650(BIM Level 2) standards, and good understanding of BIM Execution plans
- Coordinate and monitor changes to 3D models during design and construction phases
- Ensure 3D model and 2D drawing production is coordinated with other disciplines
- Adhering to established BIM standards and procedures, preparing detailed layouts, and working drawings from engineering specifications
- Providing full drafting requirements for other key departments
- Controlling and distributing drawings as required
- Interaction with project, design, and tendering teams to effectively understand the requirements of projects.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience within a BIM Role
- Should from Electrical background and have a proven track record in a similar role
- Should have BE/BTech - EEE degree from an recognized university
- A good working knowledge of engineering draughting software and recognised training in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Team player who demonstrates a high level of initiative.
