Job Summary: The BIM Modeller is responsible for creating detailed 3D models, assisting with construction planning, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and effective design. The role requires proficiency in BIM software and a solid understanding of construction methodologies, enabling seamless integration and collaboration across project teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Model Creation and Management: Develop and manage 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent. Ensure models are accurate, fully coordinated, and meet project standards and client requirements. Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, reflecting any changes or updates as required. 2. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP specialists, and other project team members to integrate design and construction requirements. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams. Participate in BIM coordination meetings to discuss model progress, issues, and solutions. 3. Documentation and Standards Compliance: Prepare and deliver construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation from the 3D model. Ensure models and documentation adhere to industry standards, including BIM execution plans, client guidelines, and local codes. Support quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain data accuracy. 4. Technical Support and Innovation: Provide technical support on BIM-related tasks and software tools to project teams. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry practices. Identify areas of improvement in the modeling process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling within the construction or architecture industry. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. Strong understanding of construction drawings, standards, and practices. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other relevant software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max. Knowledge of construction sequencing, clash detection, and scheduling. Certification in BIM (such as from Autodesk or buildingSMART) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
