This role is strictly for counsellor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will be responsible for providing professional guidance, support, and therapy to individuals or groups facing personal, social, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role requires someone who is empathetic, highly skilled in active listening, and committed to helping others achieve a better sense of well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
- Assess client needs, concerns, and emotional health.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary and provide resources for further support.
- **Therapeutic Services**:

- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, etc., to address mental health concerns.
- Help clients develop coping strategies to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
- Maintain confidential records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
- **Collaboration and Referral**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support staff when needed.
- Refer clients to specialists or other resources for additional support (e.g., psychiatrists, support groups, community resources).
- **Monitoring and Follow-Up**:

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients as needed to track improvements or setbacks.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all counseling activities are compliant with relevant laws, ethical guidelines, and institutional policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions, progress reports, and treatment documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
