**Job Title: Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Assist students and parents with inquiries related to admission processes, eligibility criteria, course details, and program offerings.
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations based on the student's academic background and career aspirations.
- Support students in selecting appropriate courses based on their qualifications and interests.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:

- Follow up with potential students and parents, addressing any questions or concerns and guiding them through the next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and students.
- **Admission Process Handling**:

- Guide students through the entire enrollment process, from document submission to final enrollment.
- Ensure that all student data is accurately maintained and up-to-date in the system.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and overall admissions progress.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the admissions process based on student and parent interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in science (preferred)**.
- Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or educational guidance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of admission procedures and educational programs (preferred).

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Freshers are also welcome**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
