**Role & responsibilities -**
- Listen actively to clients concerns, needs, and preferences.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor throughout interactions.
- Make outbound calls from provided lists or databases.
- Initiate conversations to introduce the institution and its programs.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant details.
- Clarify doubts and answer questions regarding the institutions offerings.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience in the educational sector or knowledge of educational programs is a plus.
- Generating leads and convert the leads into admission

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
