**Job Title**: IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator

**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Orrisa

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and development of the IB PYP curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in planning, teaching, and assessing the PYP units of inquiry
- Coordinate the professional development of staff in PYP principles and practices
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to ensure alignment of the PYP with the school's mission and goals
- Manage the process of authorization and evaluation for the IB PYP
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff about the PYP and its implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- IB PYP training and certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP school
- Experience in a leadership or coordination role
- Strong knowledge of the IB PYP framework and philosophy
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
