Qualification & Skills:

- Master's or higher degree in any disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in teaching in the respective curriculum (PYP experience is mandatory)
- Administrative experience will be preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, lead, and supervise the IPYP curriculum
- Coordinate with teachers to develop and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
- Provide support and guidance to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively
- Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring that teaching and learning objectives are met
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall educational experience
- Conduct regular meetings and professional development sessions for teachers
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in IB education

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
