**Job Title**: Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head - IPYP (International Primary Years Programme)

**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Accommodation/HRA provided)

**Salary**: Competitive - 10-15% hike on current salary (Negotiable)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and implement the IPYP curriculum in alignment with school standards and international benchmarks.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.
- Supervise academic operations to ensure smooth functioning of the Primary Years Programme.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of the curriculum.
- Lead initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and teacher performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum **5 years of teaching experience** in Primary Years Programmes (PYP, CIPP, or other international curricula).
- Prior **administrative or leadership experience** preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and support teachers and staff.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
