Overview:
**Position Summary**:
The In-Team Trainer provides an opportunity to understand and implement duties associated with Training. Guidance is provided by the Training Manager. The in Team Trainer will deliver and facilitate adult classroom training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation; specifically during ramp seasons.

**Responsibilities**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Observe, lead, and co-lead new hire and on-going training.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
- Facilitate transition of students from training into production, and ensuring competency levels are sufficient.
- Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques.
- Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluations and trainee assessments.
- Complete monthly required phone time.
- Maintain Confidentiality at all times
- Accept feedback and guidance for improvement from Training Manager
- Other tasks/duties as assigned

Qualifications:
**Position Requirement**:

- Ability to be attentive to details in all aspects of a task and work environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain a team environment
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented to maximize accomplishment, prioritize tasks and use time effectively
- Ability to meet and/or exceed customers’ expectations
- Ability to demonstrate facilitation skills.
- Understanding of Principles of adult learning.
