**Position Overview**:
We are seeking qualified and experienced freelance trainers to join our pool of empaneled trainers. As a freelance trainer, you will collaborate with us on a contract basis, delivering training sessions to our clients across diverse industry verticals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions based on client requirements.
- Adapt training content to suit various learning styles and audience profiles.
- Ensure a dynamic and interactive learning experience.

2. Customization of Training Content:

- Modify existing training materials to meet the unique needs of different clients.
- Collaborate with the internal content team for the development of client-specific training modules.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with industry standards.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Professional Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance personal and professional development.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a freelance trainer with a track record of successful training delivery.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to customize training content based on client needs.

4. Flexibility to adapt to different client environments and requirements.

5. A commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions.

Note: Empaneled trainers will be engaged on a project basis, and compensation will be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope and complexity of each training assignment.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
