Primary Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is to achieve the expected sales and revenue targets for the assigned area through the desired contribution of new and existing Home Automation, Electrical, Electronics products across all segments.

Position description:
Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focused approach in the switches and Home Automation Projects segment.

Build effective relations with major Architects, MEP Contractors, Building material dealers, Tiles and Sanitary Showrooms, Lighting Showrooms, End customers, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc.

Identify and appoint stockists, channel partners, specifiers, and other professionals to expand the network.

Provide relevant support to the specification and retail teams.

Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockist’s meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.

Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.

Establish new products in the region and consolidate the market share of existing products.

Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives, and taking appropriate actions.

Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.

Ensure trade discounting norms have been strictly adhered to.

Provide an enhanced customer experience by meeting customer SLAs.

Timely resolve all customer issues leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.

Achieve the daily sales outstanding (DSO) at the desired and expected levels.

Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing, and scheme strategies, etc.

Ensure strict compliance towards customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
