**Area(s) of responsibility**:

- Learning Partner for a Business Unit: Responsible to partner with a Business Unit to enable capability building for that business, which will include the following:
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

Training Needs Identification: Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization and create a capability development plan.

Training implementation & Execution:

- Enable execution of training programs in collaboration with internal Teams/External partners
- Ensure completion/penetration of all L&D initiatives for the Business Unit

Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
