We are requiring Retail sales executive for the Pet Store.

Store name - BARK AND ROLL (Kolkata)

Strategic Priorities:
1. Customer Satisfaction
2. Process Execution as per SOPs
3. Achieve Revenue Targets for Department/Category for the Store.
4. Drive Profitability through Products and Services in co-ordination with Store Manager.
5. Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders to drive events and workshops to build brand and its identity

Functional Competencies

Basic Calculation, MS Excel, Interpersonal communication, Written and verbal communication, Time management, Product knowledge, Telephone etiquette, Customer service, Process Compliance and Record Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
General Areas of Responsibility: Ensuring consistent delivery of high quality customer service as per the company standards in all areas of operations. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and executing action plans to improve the customer satisfaction. Evaluating execution of Services (Grooming, Vet, Behaviour) to ensure service timelines are met and in case of any delays, ensuring that the issues are identified and acted upon to achieve 100% TAT. Driving 100% execution of operational standards as per the SOP's to deliver flawless Operations through proper communication and follow up, Identifying the bottle necks and seeking support to resolve the concerns. Addressing and resolving all points of concern in a timely manner to avoid any risk/safety issues during operations. Monitoring stock and co-ordinating with responsible teams and departments to ensure availability of stocks at all times. Engaging with Pets & Pet Parents and suggesting required Products and Services by building knowledge of Products and Services to build loyalty, drive sales of differentiated products and private label products, enhancing knowledge of Pet Parents to build Pet Ownership Experience. Cashiering & Controls: Handle cash, credit or other transactions with customers on POS or Kiosk Scan goods and collect payments Ensure pricing is correct Issue change, receipts, refunds; Redeem vouchers and coupons Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones Handling of petty Cash and recording in system Reconciliation of Cash and Credit Card transactions Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
