**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics, and increasing the visibility of our products in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Promotion**: Promote products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions, through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company for the assigned territory.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure continued support for the company's products.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and developments in the pharmaceutical industry to better understand market needs and product positioning.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, including their benefits, side effects, and usage guidelines, to effectively communicate this information to healthcare professionals.
- **Territory Management**: Manage and plan daily work schedules and customer visits within the assigned territory to maximize coverage and impact.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- **Training and Development**: Continuously update your knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products, sales techniques, and industry regulations through regular training sessions.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at industry conferences, medical fairs, and product launches to increase product visibility and network with healthcare professionals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage territory and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for reporting and data management.
**Preferred Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience working in a specific therapeutic area (e.g., cardiology, oncology) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and network of healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time, field-based role.
- Requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals.
