**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Medical Representative** to promote and sell **Artava’s wellness and Ayurvedic products** to medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. The role involves building relationships, creating alliances, and expanding our offline presence while ensuring sales targets are met. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote Artava’s products (menstrual, pregnancy, mental wellness, and Ayurvedic cosmetics) to medical stores, pharmacies, and wellness retailers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Penetration**:

- Identify and onboard new medical stores and retail partners in the designated area.
- Develop a territory sales plan to maximize market reach and penetration.
- **Alliance Building**:

- Establish alliances with healthcare providers, clinics, and maternity centers for product placements and collaborations.
- Drive strategic partnerships with local pharmacies to ensure product visibility and availability.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- **Product Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and training for retailers and staff to ensure they understand Artava’s unique selling points.
- Gather feedback on product performance and communicate it to the internal team for improvements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and account progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- **Market Insights**:

- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or Ayurvedic products.
- Prior experience in building alliances with medical stores is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Personal Traits**:

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and Ayurveda.
- Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
