**Location**: Mumbai (Work from Office)
**Shift Timings**: UK Rotational Shifts | 12:00 PM - 4:00 AM (any 9-hour shift)
**Work Days**: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs

**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic **Chat Support Specialists** to join our team for a UK-based banking process. This role is focused on assisting international customers via live chat — no calls involved. You will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly chat support to UK customers.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Accurately document all interactions in the system.
- Consistently meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

**Eligibility**
- Graduate with **6 months - 1 year of experience** in international customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Open to working in night shifts and rotational schedules.
- Must be currently based in Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners preferred only.
- Valid ID proof and educational certificates required.
