**Job Description for a Jr. Safety Incharge**:
**Job Title: Jr. Safety Incharge**
**Reports to: Safety Manager**
**Location: Vile Parle**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety procedures and protocols.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Monitor and report safety incidents, near-misses, and accidents.
4. Assist in conducting safety training and inductions for employees and contractors.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
7. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
8. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Certification in OHS, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
2. Experience with safety management software and systems.
3. Knowledge of risk assessment and management principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
